1001 SA Stories
We kindly invite you to our next 1001 SA stories, this session is on Blogging.
Our guests to share their stories will be:

RUMBI GOREDEMA GORGENS is a Zimbabwean-born South African-based feminist author. Her writing has appeared in O, The Oprah Magazine, and on FeministsSA.com and MyFirstTimeSA.com. She has worked with various South African civil society organisations, including Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust. In her spare time, Rumbi enjoys blogging, watching mind-numbing reality TV, and, occasionally, tweeting.
In her blog https://inherfootstepsblog.com/ she is navigating gender, space, race and place, using the footsteps of women who’ve gone before.

ILHAAM BANOOBHAI-ANWAR has started her cooking blog as a newly married woman. She believes that cooking should be fun and not another chore we need to do when we come home after a long day at work. When she got married she had to learn how to be the kind of Wife she wanted to be and challenge the traditional South African Indian upbringing she has been exposed to her whole life.
In her blog http://myhungryhusband.com/ she shares her experiences. She can be also found on Twitter and Instagram @myhungryhusband  and on facebook My Hungary Husband.
